re-frame thought patterns as the application of  light pressure to merdians, which releases  neurochemicals, clears the mind and relaxes the body                                                             

Meditation : sit in stillness and hear the inner voice. 
Benefits : decrease anxiety, improves concentration and creativity,  enhances immune system and health. Learn and experience Mindfulness and  Peace of Mind

Sleep Wellness :  sleep & rest allows the body and mind to repair and renew.  Learn to prepare for sleep  with  night time rituals.  All clients will experience leading the body and mind to slow down and go into the space of lightness sleep.

Past Life Regression: Are you curious or ever wonder about a life you may have lived before?
Do you ever experience deja Vu?  Are life experiences causing confusion and unable to make a change for the better.  Whether a journey to the past is real or imagined, all will be able to apply a message to present time.

Counseling sessions:  clients have the opportunity to express life disappointments in a safe and confidential environment.  With compassion and understanding, clients will be able to examine inner beliefs and find solutions to enhance life.
